on the road
Hey guys we finally did it, I am offically retired as of the 1st. we are going out on the road full time as of the 5th. we are goinf out by Fort Worth for a month and have some work done on the truck, and then its off to our first place. The Llano river here in Texas. We are going to stay there a month and while we are there we will plan the next place we will go.

WOW that sounds like a lot of fun!! Was Llano really cool? We are in San Antonio, TX and we are looking for places we can go around TX first before next year when we take our first LONG trip to NY. If you have any great places let me know. :)

Their all all kinds of places to go, we have had our rv for about a year now and have spent alot of time out on the road, infact we have been on the road full time since June.as I said eairlier we are ajust outside burnett in the heart of texas resort and will be here until november!!

Hi, Y'all, I just retired on the firstof January this year. I am going to start going places with the Eastern Shore Sams and see how that goes. I have been using my fiver for mostly search and rescue and we set it up as a base camp or just a place to flop for a while. I am really active in SAR and looking forward to going places.

I'm excited to learn of your travels. I won't be starting full-timing until mid- or late-fall of this year. Have you ever been to Magnolia Beach in Texas? I understand there is free RV parking right on the beach there.

well we just travel around Texas right now, But no haven't heard of Magnolia beach. Where is it located in Texas? We were planning on going down toward the coast by Mexico this summer if we get a chance. we saw a few places down next to the Mexican boarder that was pretty.
