Just came back from Destin, Fl. Wonderful quilt shop in Panama City, Fl "Quilting by the Bay". We stayed at Topsail state park a great park and we also went to Henderson and St Andrews state parks. All three parks have camping and access to the BEAUTIFUL BEACHES in that area.

I have found thst the best craft to do while we are driving or camping in our RV is knitting socks. Any one have any good patterns out there? Have any good yarn shops to stop in while traveling in the south part of the country?

I'm ready to start my first pair of socks! I work for a decorative thread company, so I always have a sewing machine with me. Always have samples for classes to work on, and a little somethings just for me.

Linda once you knit your first pair of socks you will be hooked. They go so fast and take up so little room.
