Camping groups from Newton, Rockdale Countie

Is there any groups for the Covington ( GA ) or Conyers area ? We like camping but I like it more than my husband .He likes it but hates to take the time off from his work, (he,s retired) but still works almost full time.. Sometimes I get desperatwe to go camping, and pack the RV, toss in Luci ( our cat ), and we camp by ourselves..I would rather have others to camp with tho', it can get lonesome, just Luci and me.
Luci is great company, loves camping, doesn't demand much, just food,water, a clean litter box and a place to sleep. But she is not much of a conversationist,]. So we would like to find a nice group if possible, so that when hubby can't go, we don't have to camp alone. Would love to hear from someone in this area. We usually camp no further than possible from home..We love Hard Labor Creek.
