I think i mite be stuck in the winter when i dont want it,but just to sit around and enjoy...Now remember KEEP IN TOUCH>>>>>>RON STORY

Hi Holly, How was Florida? I see you've added some nice pictures from down there. While you were there, of course we were in Albuquerque. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks there (instead of a month), and plan to go back next year. Isleta Lakes is a very nice resort, and on the weekly plan is quite affordable, too. We road on the NM Rail Runner up to Santa Fe one day and really enjoyed that as well. Still lots to do there that we missed this trip, but we'll be back. Right now we just arrived in Missouri this evening, and will be staying here for a couple of months to get stuff done to the RV & house, and plan our next long excursion. The planning is almost as much fun as going! Cheers, Kat

HOLLY": OK?? how did the big weekend go...Was there lots and lots of people you were exspecting to make it and did they?? Last i herd from you winter decided to make a last minute spoiler.Believe it or not it has been fairly nice up my way.The weekend of the festie i went over to the coast and it was 78degrees with no breeze what so ever.If you know the OREGON coast you know if you can get that you have it made. Now this weekend think im going to the mts and rough it.The river or one should been running clear maybe.Maybe i can drag out the gold pan and find some of the winters treasures or maybe my metal dietector.Been to busy around the house here need to get out.Have you had hubby doing yard work yet?Thats another reason to get away.My son is flying up from SAN DIEGO,CA here in two weeks looking forward to that.Hey you keep track of the members how many do we have now??IM going to let you go for now as you know i have a bucket mouth..RON STORY

Yum, I *LOVE* huevos rancheros .... you're making me hungry! I'm sure we'll make it to Frontier this time. We plan to stay in ABQ a month instead of a flying trip on the way to somewhere else, to see stuff we missed before. Have a great time in Florida! This is a better time of year to go there than summer, that's for sure. We still prefer our palm trees in the desert instead of on the beach, but variety is good, too.

maybe someday, Right now I'm presently over my head with building a solar ventilation business and beinga District Commissioner for the Boy Scouts here in San Antonio. Which is why I am in and out of this forum like I am. It's something I love to do, but I'm not quite ready to give it the time it would take. The day is coming though....

I was searching for the M.H. we ended up buying and sort of "fell" into this sight, and I liked what I was seeing. The Rv industry is in serious trouble (No doubt) but those who are active in this will continue to be active and I found myself in a position where my past experiance and knowledge could really help if I was too make myself available.

What wonderful feedback. Thanks Holly. Don't be jealous though. I suspect that my world is full of the same challanges as the masses. I'm just doin' my best to lenthen the chains that bind. right now it seems that the roadways are the weakest the links!

Well you go!

I think I like the site! Looking forward to meeting more members.

Sac Town is not a bad place. However, since I got my RV, I can't get enough of other places.

What's the best way to meet others on this site? I saw the working on the road group offered here. That has some interest to me as I'm planning on taking to the road late '09 with the intent of staying connected to my commercial real estate practice, which is pretty slow these days. I'll return home by air when neccessary and then resume my vagabonding adventures by flying back to my RV and continuing my cross country journey. Whadayathink?
