I had pysched myself up to go a couple of weekends ago and fell at work. Broke my toe, sprained my ankle, twisted my knee and hurt my back. Fell down the steps leaving work. Soooo, for now I am rather confined to the house. The weather has turned cool now and I don't do too well in the cold so I think I'll wait until it warms up again. There is a state park just at the foot of the hill where I live and I was going to go there first since it's only 5 minutes from the house. I think once I get started I'll be fine...it's just pulling out of the driveway and doing it. Thanks for all your great suggestions and I'll see ya out there one day......
