Anyone looking for a good deal, I would suggest going to Lazydays in Florida, this is where I bought my Class "A" just a month ago. I approached my sales person with the idea of just getting some ideas for the future as I thought I really did not have enough to buy just yet. To my surprise I came away owning one, exactly what I was looking for, with what I had in the bank so "NO monthly payments'. Secondly, I did not know that Florida charged a tax that I could not get back as I live in Canada. To my surprise, my sales person told me that they will take my motor home that I just bought to Georgia for my delivery point, this way I will not have to pay the Florida tax. Thirdly, my sales person told me that any repairs that needed done would be done before I take delivery at no extra cost to me. Plus they want me to live in it for 2 to 3 days before I take delivery just incase they missed something that needs to be repaired or replaced.

I am single also; I have no real plans what or how I am going to spend my retirement years in my motor home. All that I do know right now is that I will have to work in the spring and fall to support the fuel cost of travelling as my motor home only gives me 7 to 9 miles per gallon. So I am planning on getting a "fuel card" to support my way of life. Lucky for me, I can find employment in northern Alberta just about anytime I need a few extra dollars. As far as travelling in a group I think its got its good and bad points.
