We just entered retirement, but we love doing odd jobs here and there. We stepped out and bought a 5th Wheel and now we are looking forward to getting it on the road. We have grandchildren in Virginia, North Carolina and Mississippi. Naturally, they will get to see us more often now.
We are active in the Gideons International, Campers On Mission, the Walk to Emmaus and we supply music for revivals, homecomings, funerals and special church events. My wife is a pianist and I lead music. I also teach a Sunday School class of seniors.
Hopefully we will meet a host of new friends in our travels and maybe one or two of them will be you.

Thanks for the welcome. My husband is Tom, also. He is from the Charlotte area, but I am from the coast. We live outside of Washington, NC, about 2 hours east of Raleigh. I went on the Emaus Walk in January, 2000. I loved it. It changed my life. Have you two been on a walk?

Thanks for the info. We do have a lot in common. No, Tom hasn't geen on a Walk. He doesn't go to church with me. I keep praying that he will one day go with me and maybe go on a walk. I doubt, however, that he would ever agree to go on a walk. Hopefully, the Lord will help. Keep us in your prayers. Oh, where do you live when you are not traveling? Maybe we will meet one day. We are leaving the latter part of January to go to Texas for a couple of months. We usually go to Florida but are making a change this year. We are members of Thousand Trails, and will be staying at their resorts. He will stay for the most part in the Harlingen area. Betty
