Arizona Weather

This year has already shown a great increase in heat. We are hitting some high numbers. Yet to break records, but the triple digits have arrived! Great time for travel whether or not your trying to escape the heat or run to it's sweet embrace. I personally love hot weather, but not many share the same enthusiasm as I. My personal favorite Arizona summertime adventures:

1. The Salt River - Phoenix, AZ nothing like floating down the river soaking up the rays

2. Fossil Creek - Camp Verde, AZ great place to bring the kids for some swimming, rough road though

3. Grand Canyon - North West, AZ this one is a given. Everyone should visit at least one time in there life

4. Slide Rock - Sedona, AZ         another great place for family fun, be careful, it got it's name for a reason

5. Black Canyon - Bullhead City, AZ great place for canoeing or kayaking, hot springs, and a sauna cave

Well there we have it folks my top five favorite places to go in Arizona during the summer. Please feel free to add any destinations that you feel are great places to visit, be it in Arizona or not.
