What to buy?

We want to buy our first Class c for $50/k or less, cash, Any recommendations from you experienced travelers? We have always traveled, been to 25 states, 6 foreign countries,SE Asia, Europe, Canada and Mexico.but rented cars, flew and stayed in motels. We are 63, wife is RN- works 2 days/wk, I retired, paid cash for 6 rental houses, repaired them, rented them and  we THINK we are ready to travel the roads 6 times / yr...Any advice is appreciated,,

We live 50 miles outside Atlanta, GA..
